I rate one cause download package viewer apk and look at the fine print and what this app wants access to its scary this is available on googles playstore it seems like a scam app to steal your bank info and access your most private settings I wouldn't recommend especially since no update since Android 4.0 jus hope ghlly suspicious to me

I'm sure you'll find similar results with any other apps from that period. All necessary permissions had to be declared beforehand back then. The app is only kept here to allow legacy users to still able to access it since it is still functional. It is not meant to be competitive by today's standard and it is not a scam.
