Sends a link by text that doesn't work. Tried on two different phones, including a Galaxy S22, so I know it's not because of it being outdated. It's just a worthless app. And no one seems to even be doing anything about it. There have been no responses from the developer to any of the reviews, that BTW seem to be experiencing the same issue. I would give no stars if I could.

Anyone know what to do if the app doesn't even send the text verification code to your phone? I've tried multiple times and even on a different phone. We were really looking forward to skipping the line and missing school but this seems near impossible. Appears everyone is in the same boat as the app has a terrible rating. I hope the state inst paying for this service!

It did eventually work for me, but initially had the same issue many others did of it sending a link that doesn't work. This is obviously a known issue since under FAQ there's one for Android users who get a site won't respond message. The work around they gave did work for me, but still can't give more than 3 stars given how frustrating it was to get it to work. Also there were a few other glitches even after I was able to authenticate it. Overall though it did finally get the job done.
