Ratings and reviews

The app is so bad, it would not load. Even after being deleted and re-installed, I checked my other apps, and they all work fine! Attempt to log in failed after re-installing it, and then it went back to saying, "Opps, Somethings Gone Wrong"!! Eventually, I gained access, and then it would not allow me to make a payment. The verification wasn't going through, so i had to log out and log in online to make a payment. They have no section on the app for problem shooting!!

This was a decent but basic app until recently. The last couple of updates have both had power drain bugs which means I've had to put it in the Samsung Deep Sleep list to stop it using my battery in the background. That sorted the high battery usage but now notifications are broken. They're either VERY delayed or don't arrive at all. They're also the best feature of the app so it kind of defeats the point of having it. Please fix the battery bug! (Samsung S20 FE, Android 13, patch February 2024)

Normally I've no issue with this app, but today it's not worked once, no matter what I try, I have Internet connection, despite the app saying I don't, I've got the up to date version of the App, and still unable to log in, how can I check things such as statements if the app keeps crashing and not letting me log in. Every other app on my phone is working, so I know its not Internet related. Sort it out.
