Absolutely horrible app. I've been unable to sign on at all. It keeps telling me to change my password which I do. Then it won't take the new password. Sent an email regarding this and they finally called me 2 weeks later. Told me they recommend being on Microsoft edge. I'm on your app lady! Then she says the problem is on my end and if reinstalling it doesn't work then check with my cell phone provider. What?? I'm using wifi! Even their IT doesn't know what's going on.

Was only really useful for reporting/updates on power outages, and paying your bill. 2+ months ago changed the preferred payment method to another bank acct. Twice they've still pulled it from the original account ($300+ both times) bringing the balance to below what my other bills in that acct draw. After the 1st time, I flat out deleted the original payment method from the app, and still had it drawn from there. Was told that the payment section of the app "just sometimes doesn't work." Great.

UPDATE: USELESS! DELETED! I just downloaded this & it doesn't work! I already have an account setup on line so I used my information from that. It knows I have an account because I get the pop up with the last 4 of my phone # to do 2 step verification. I get the 6 digit code, when I put it in it sends me right back to the sign in page! 😡 I tried about 6 times & finally gave up! Fix this please! An app is supposed to make payments easier not impossible!!! 🙄
