I don't use it for much other than the occasional mobile check deposit and it has always left a little bit to be desired. I do like that they have updated the app so that it gives you the reminder of what to write on the back of the check *before* it's tries to take the picture. Today, though, I was getting prompts to move the camera closer, closer, closer... Then when it was close enough, it said the white check on the requisite dark background was too bright and quit the auto capture.

The app is in most ways easy to use. However, I was very annoyed by the unnecessary difficulty updating my forgotten password. The temporary password appeared in a font in which a "1" could not be distinguished from a lower case "L." More annoying, when I had to create and replicate a lengthy new password, the items I typed in were blanked out with no opportunity to see if I had actually typed what I intended to type. The interface should allow the option to "show" the complete new password.

Does not take either my fingerprint or my password. It only worked once at the first try. I have no idea why it cannot recognize the password that I am also using through the WEB interface. The fingerprint reader in these Android phones is bad to begin with so I am not surprised about that. Since I cannot seem to use it I cannot give a passing grade to this app.
