Doesn't always ask for text or phone call to verify/confirm credentials. I just logged into the app after 3 days, and still doesn't always verify credentials to get to the accounts. I never tell any device to bypass two step, "save passwords", or be a "trusted device". Almost two years later, and it still does not always ask for 2 step authentication. I just signed in directly with username/password. Please fix this!

The app is ok, with basic banking. Although I've been locked out of it very frequently because my password having to be changed so much. doing zelle and transfers into and out of accounts get complicated through this app. I wanted to do so much with Excite to move out of BofA, but with my experience with the app and how far their location is, I do the minimum transactions with Excite.

I overall like all the different things you can access through the app. It's very easy to use and set up preferences. At the same time, I think it can still continue to improve some of its functions, especially those where you have to be redirected to a new website. I wish some areas weren't super cumbersome, but it's functional and I appreciate that.
