I have had an account with THSB for numerous years now and FULLY RECOMMENDED the bank as well as the app. I couldn't ask for better customer appreciation and customer service everytime I speak to someone or go to the bank. The app just makes life so much easier as well. IF I COULD GIVE IT 10+ STARS I SURE WOULD. I LOVE YOU THSB!!!

easy to use and transfer between accounts, has everything I need to know you can set up alerts to text or email when you have a low balance

App extremely flakey, the bank itself I do not recommend. I have never had a bank where I had to call them for approval to spend my money. Fraud protection is terrible as well.
