The app is ok. I can do most banking online. The only real problem I have is that it takes way to long to retrieve account info after logging in. It use to be fast and was actually happy with the app. After the last update it slowed down way too much and is a pain. Take up to a full minute or more to load account info. So if you want to transfer money from one account to the other while in line at a store, do it just before you get in line to check out. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I love all that you can do from this app! I have been less than impressed with how it runs on my phones. It takes FOREVER to log in with your credentials. I'm talking 2-3 minutes to access your account after entering your credentials. I have tried on three separate phones with the same results so I know it is something with the App and not the phone causing the delay.

Best mobile banking app I've used! No extra clearances or days to wait for mobile deposits, everything is connected to one online account, charges (even pending) are shown instantly. Never had anything but excellent service from this credit union both in person, on the phone, and online. Highly recommend them and sister unions, especially if you need to establish your credit, it's the way to go!
