Good customer service. Only complaint is the graphics. Prices seem decent. Purchased a few items, did not receive the items. Contacted customer, was notified that you have to level up to at least lvl 3, or 4, BEFORE purchasing. I guess I understand. Update for Graphics, would be very nice

The game is wonderful the only thing I find is it need update so everything works together an stop the shutdown from taking some of what you won away each time you leave the game. An fix the video an claim so they work. Other than that I love the game!! I play for hrs each day an night...

Had chips removed or taken several times. Filed complaints Stating when this happened on different occasions. Results from igg as far as getting my chips back where a useless Joke! And this has happened several times since I joined the site in 2012. Getting ripped off by God only knows. Thanks for the rip offs. Millions in chips taken . thanks igg and poker deluxe for the shafting . Also, table talk at tables from different forigen language speaking people playing to cheat others . English only
