Worked very well until they updated the app a few months ago. Critical features like Bluetooth syncing or modifying times on a reservation were removed or stopped working reliably. I'm seriously considering switching to a different lockbox unless they get their app working well again. Edit (2023-12): They finally reinstated the feature that allows for modifying an individual Airbnb reservation.

The app is easy to use, clean, intuitive and very useful. I have two devices, the padlock and the lockbox. These and anynother igloohome devices are managed through the one app, so it makes managing different devices in different properties extremely convenient. The devices, however, are sturdier and more secure than others I have used. But what convinced me to write a review (hardly ever do it) and to privide a 5-star one is the company's tech support, which is absolutely amazing.

Own Lockbox 3, app keeps on asking for a update but error keeps showing and won't connect. Lost my Bluetooth connection capabilities -Update 2/9/21 I reached out via email. This time around they gave me a solution they had to erase my lock from my account and I had to do a hard reset, after that everything is back to normal. 3 stars for customer service not coming up with this solution before hand
