About this app

‘IGNOU StudentApp’ Mobile App is an Official Mobile App of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi. This app is an ICT initiative of IGNOU to provide student related information to IGNOU learners and extending Technology Enhanced Learner Support Services to them. Existing Student may login to application by entering Enrollment No., Program & Date of Birth. After Log-in student may access various IGNOU student related services such as Registration Details, Material Dispatch Status, Identity Card, Grade Card, TEE Result, Hall Ticket and various other important links in one window.

Ratings and reviews

The app does not opens any details regarding the study materials, registration details and anything. It just becomes blank while we enter our enrollment number and other details. It is very stupid and very disturbing app do something to let it perform better and make some changes to the app. It had been two years since I started to use the app and still it does not work. What a waste app it is? Please do something to correct it.

None of the links work. The menu page is not accessible on opening the app. You need to type wrong credentials while logging in, only then the menu appears, but it is of no use. This app is causing a huge inconvenience for the current students as the 2021 session is already underway. Please fix the links soon so that we can access the contents online during the pandemic.

Ignou app is not working properly on my device. The app only shows the header and footer sections, and the main content is blank. This makes it impossible for me to access the course materials, assignments, and notifications. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache and data, and updating the app to the latest version, but none of these steps have resolved the issue. I have also checked the app permissions and network settings,
