Ratings and reviews

This app SUCKS. 0/10, do not recommend. It just barely works, and even that's a pretty long stretch. I've literally tried 10 times to access my account through the app (over the course of a few weeks), and every single time received an "unexpected error" message, "please try again later". It's not a phone settings/permissions issue because I tried again today, just for the sake of trying, and miraculously, it worked. I've seen some bad apps in the past, but this one takes the cake. 👎👎👎👎

Stuck at login screen. I've tried to login at least 10 times now. No luck. You'd think a big company like Voya would be able to afford a good mobile app but I guess not. Just terrible. Update- the website isn't much better. Just try clicking on Contact Us and sending a message. Nothing works properly. Also, there's no report to show you how your investments are doing. I've had my 401k with other financial companies and they all provided better reporting tools.

Largely useless for anything but checking your balance. Unintuitive interface that requires you to dig to find things that could all be included on a main page, and the most galling thing to me is that there's no time graph showing changes to your account over time. It's an investment app...why can't I see historical data?
