Constantly freezes or crashes, barcode for the gym membership frequently throws up errors and crashes if you try to refresh it when it does fail to load. The in-app browser struggles to load specific pages, and can be difficult to navigate depending on your phone's display (not sure why they don't just forward to the user's default browser app)

The app works, but just barely. It's constantly having to close because it isn't responding, crashing out of nowhere, and at one point just refused to open for anyone, causing a lot of issues. I have to keep using it as there is nothing else but I wish they would do more bug checking and would fix whatever issue it is that is making it have to constantly ask to close the app.

Just got admitted, so there's no point for me to use the app right now. But I saw that it was updated so I got the app to see if it got any better (looking at the bad reviews) Good news: I can open the app and open all the icons. Bad news: it won't let me log in. I have my ID and everything so it should let me in, but it doesn't do anything. It just stays on the login page. So... yes, this app still needs fixing. Other than that, it is a little slow, but not really.
