The app does not work, a horrible experience, you can't even access your membership or login through the website? Why? Who thought this was a good idea? Your app is not working and the website doesnt get me to access my membership, so how am i supposed to do it? Fix your app or fix your website, i can't believe a company like this one can't afford to make a good app giving the membership is not cheap!!

Terrible app. The QR code does not open. Keeps saying this device is not registered. Their are not instructions on how to register. There is no way to get in touch tmrw except the email which no one respond to.

Every thing is good..all stuff..classes...trainers are professional..cleaners are so kind ..love all...but I have a note ..that need mats in shower area it will be safety for us and help the cleaners...thank you 😊
