Ratings and reviews

Some lack of functionality that makes it difficult to use. For example, to book swimming for a family of 4, you have to make and compete 4 completely different bookings under 4 different accounts. It doesn't have to be this hard...

Really clunky and over complicated booking system. Can't add children within your own account so to book yourself plus any kids into a swimming session you have to book yourself a place in your own account then sign into each child's account separately to book them into the same session. Was advised to download the app so I could register and book myself and baby into a Pilates class for mums of under-1s. But the class isn't listed. Not user-friendly at all. Frustrating barriers.

So so much easier and smoother than the last app! Can't see how to change between leisure centres yet but sure it's coming or I'm just not seeing it Edit, tap the three lines in top left corner to add more centres to choose from
