I love instacart. I've been on it for years now, and the app has improved a lot. Now the app still does have loading issues during the middle of orders, as well as checking out or getting addresses to people's homes to deliver. There are plenty of times where I've had to close the app out and restart it, or get on the stores WiFi for the order to sync. Not sure why this happens alot but I use the app at least 3/4 times a week and happens with every order. If fixed I could change my rating to a 5

Constant stalling with the app. It just freezes. When you're in the middle of an order, it will go to a green screen and then go black. When orders come through, you can see the order with the banner at the top, but they won't drop down in the feed. Stalls, no orders coming through, having to uninstall and reinstall to get orders. App is GOD AWFUL!!!!!

What's good: Simple and easy to use and a fun way to generate money. What can be better: Constant app crashes; conversations with customers are sometimes delayed from a few seconds up to minutes. Add-on orders (additional orders to accept while currently shopping) won't even appear even though it seems to be "loading" the offer.
