The app works great. Still, you definetly need to adjust the "time out" setting of your laptop. When you get to the validation part of the excercise (which you are advised to pay attention to) it doesn't take in mind your laptop can time out. This all will make sense to those that participate. I fell victim to my laptop voiding out important information required. I hope I still get to participate in future excersises. The concept is ingenious.

taking surveys for almost a year . Did a product test in SEPTEMBER didn't get paid until Jan 31 when I asked for my payout they locked me out of my account. I just finished a product test with them I sure I won't get paid for either what a scam!!! Update Had to use someone else's account to contact help desk to Ask Bout payment. Was locked out of my account and told it can take up to 20 days to pay however I waited from September to the end of Jan to even get credited.

SAGO was quick and responsive when it came to the actual study focus group sending a deodorant to test out. I even recently received the incentive to my wallet a few days later after completing it. However, now it's been over 3 weeks to "process" the digital visa gift card. Thinking it would be the faster option, boy I was wrong. I emailed support and it's non existent as they do not respond whatsoever. I'm starting to think that I wasted my time, and it is a scam. I never received payment!!!!
