To start working in the Zhivago-Bank Online system you need:

• connect to this service at any office of the Bank: you need to have a passport with you, fill out the Application for connecting the service, indicating your phone number;
• receive an SMS-message to the phone number specified in the application, containing the login and password for entering the system;
• download and install the Zhivago-Bank Online mobile application on your mobile device;
• launch the Mobile application and enter the received login and password.

Using the Zhivago-Bank Online Mobile application, you can perform the following operations:
• pay for cellular services, the Internet and more than 2,000 different services (television, utilities, etc.);
• transfer funds between your accounts at Zhivago-bank;
• transfer funds to the cards of Zhivago-bank customers;
• transfer funds to Visa and Mastercard cards of Russian banks;
• transfer funds in favor of individuals or organizations - customers of Zhivago-bank;
• transfer funds in favor of individuals or organizations - clients of other banks;
• pay traffic fines;
• open deposits.

The Zhivago-Bank Online mobile application also allows you to get information:
• about the cash balance and transactions on cards, accounts, deposits;
• about regular payments on loans;
• about open deposits;
• about the addresses of the location and the operating hours of the branches and ATMs of Zhivago-Bank.
