Bad experience. App crashed multiple times while trying to set up. Got charged twice had to get refund for second service. Bicycle was covered with grease got all over my clothes. Navigation app on bike made it very hard to find parking place which caused me to use a bike more than I wanted to and got charged for it. You would think they'd put a spot to mount your phone on the bikes since this is an app driven experience. Instead had to put phone in basket and it bounced all over the place.

Disappointed with my experience. Purchased a one-day unlimited pass for €3.99 plus tax, but was unexpectedly charged an additional €6 a few days later. I reached out to customer service but received no resolution. Noticed several other customers faced similar overcharging issues. Beware!

It has a very annoying bug that blocks the app when it is left open in the background. So every time you open it again after a while. you have to close it and reopen it.l to get it to work properly. Other than that it is a great app.
