Not so intuitive and often difficult to navigate. Trying to find the current CD rates can be a hassle. A Google search often works better and, If you're already logged in, and accidentally press the back key, the app takes you out and makes re log again. It doesn't remember the original configuration. The other functions are very intuitive offering a nice clean interface. The message options are extraordinary. You can communicate with real people. Try that with any other bank... mostly AI

Why can't I split categories anymore? That's how I keep up with how much I'm spending and on what. Sometimes I take out Cash Back at the store when Im getting bill money out and now I can't reflect that. I already had issues with this app only letting me use it horizontally even though my husband can use his vertically. And we both have problems with it constantly needing to send verification codes even though the device has been saved numerous times. Fix this please!

app was great until latest update. crashes upon 1st attempt to use, sometimes on 2nd have to close and restart and it nevers automatically prompts me use finger print login, I have to select it every time. this never happened until latest update. other than that, it's a great app when I get it to work
