Pairing my Ulterra to my phones Bluetooth took 3 hours of extreme irritation and frustration to get them to pair and connected to the i-pilot link app. I've had my ulterra for about a month now and I've just now gotten it to pair with my phones bluetooth after messing with it for the last few hours and finally for what ever reason the pair button and my phones bluetooth finally decide to work amd connect... then spent another 30 minutes waiting for the software updates to download in the app. 💩

Works great on basic commands. It has saved me a couple of times when I forgot remote. I pilot link remote is much better than phone it has full features and is easy to use, tough, water proof (unlike my phone) and you can see the screen better than my phone in the sun. This app is a good back up not a replacement. NOTE: I have an android phone.

Not as good as the clunky remote it came with. I had higher expectations and wants for the app. basically forward and stop, left, right and increase speed. this may be a early attempt on the app if so it should have said beta or early stages. my phone screen is easier to read than factory remote so it would be nice if they overlapped 100% not sure why they don't. You can pair easily by holding the pair button on the motor until seen by device, its not push and go.
