Nuba makes time reporting easy, everyone gets started in a few minutes. All the user needs to do is check in at the workplace - with just one tap.
The manager can at any time check up on who is working and that everyone is at the correct location. The position of the user is taken automatically when checking in and out.
It is important that reported hours are correct. Therefor, Nuba has both time and location-based reminders so the user does not forget to check in and out. In addition, it is possible to be automatically checked out when leaving a workplace.
Nuba is also full of functionality to facilitate daily work, including: Scheduling, writing notes, directions to workplaces, see reported time, etc.
The administration is managed on the web from a computer. When it's time to send an invoice or pay wages, you'll quickly get the correct time reports.
Nuba is also a staff ledger, fully compliant with Skatteverket rules and regulations. You won't find a more user friendly and capable solution, without any additional hardware needed. Time and staff ledger reporting is done with a single tap, and anyone who is checked in at the location can pull up the staff ledger right in the app if Skatteverket pays a visit.

In order to use our app, you'll need a Nuba account. If your user account is created by someone at your workplace, you'll get an SMS with a password in order to get started.
