Ratings and reviews

Literally the first thing the app asks is "share your data, let us scan your phone and access your data on this phone, or you can't use this app". It won't let me login if I don't let them use the data on my phone. It is even mentioned that the app scans my phone time by time. This is such a terrible violation of privacy that I don't even have a choice to decline it and have to get an appointment in person so maybe they will be so generous to let me keep my privacy? What a sick joke.

I really do not find the new updated version a success. The interface is not pratical or fast as the previous one, even worse, I can't input the figures (values) in the dedicate field as the "big minimalist blank space" cannot read the numbers I type! The result is disastrous: I am prevented to conclude any money transfer due to the absence of values! What to do now??Absolutelly not a must have. I wonder why is the need for changing this app so often...

My experience with KBC far exceeds my experience at ING...so thank you KBC. Not everything goes smoothly but technology does present its downfall but resolution usually found soon after. Last obstacle I need to conclude is, their Brussels Live messaging services. I am left 6 times out of 10 without a follow at all or after a very extended period. Its corona times but hey pick up the slack!!
