I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 running Android 8.0. I tried several times to update. I even tried removing the battery twice. It disconnects during the update every time. I tested the battery voltage and it was 2.8v.

Simply doesn't work. 60 second battery pull restart and try again. Still cannot update firmware. This was purchased a week ago.

The app looped constantly, never actually updating the firmware (although claiming it was).
