Ratings and reviews

I saw the website, and liked it, so I downloaded the app, to get the catered experience. But, nothing on the website (or in the name/general description) made it clear that this isn't the app form of the website, but purely an eReader shop. No hate to those who like ebooks (you save more money than me) but I wanted real, paperback books. It's only after logging in that I learn this app is only for eBooks, unlike the website. That's just misleading.

Unable to open purchased book without it showing an error and deleting the book. Please reach out to _me_ if you want to since the issue. I've already spent enough time with support, who have screenshots and plenty of detail from me. Don't send me more links - the person I spoke to at the support chat had their chance to do that. I've solved it by deleting the app.

Not suited when travelling via air because this app only opens when connected to the internet. "Booktopia can't start because you are not connected to the Internet. Please check your connection and try again." Update: App also doesn't start when mobile is in aeroplane mode and when mobile is away from wifi range without mobile data.
