I am using this app since long. Initially the app was working fine. but now it crashes most of the time. whenever I try to open the app it tends to crash. when it opens, only first page is working. Bird info page not opening most of the time, instead of info page it shows advertisement and then crashes. Otherwise it is a very informative and useful app. So I gave 4 star. But need to solve these problems.

I'm using this app from couple of years, starting was good but now too many ads and it crashes without a reason. And today I'm not able to even open, as soon I click the app icon to open it crashes and close it. When you open information of any bird it will crash within a second. I'm not getting what's happening. Even I reinstalled it but still same problem is there. If any solution is there please let me know as I don't want to remove this app.

I love the information and also the id feature. This has been my go-to app to find id when i come across a new bird. Many birds also have their sounds recorded. Names in local language are an excellent feature too. Things that could be better- Registration and creating account - I never received OTP or email to be able to create account. Also, suggest willing users to be allowed to upload their bird pics and hopefully this will allow to expand the database

We update our app regularly to make it even better for you. Update to the latest version to get all the new features and improvements. We have completely taken off the user management functionality and hence there is no need to register or login to access additional information.
This release includes all below features:

- alterations to the app navigation
- performance improvements to remove latency in some of our core experiences
