The app interface looks modern and sleek, and everything is simplified. So good work Kotak, but it need some improvements. There is no option to edit my UPI ID, and in my case, I have a 4GB variant phone with a Snapdragon 710 processor. I don't know why the app is lagging too much. Other applications on my phone work smoothly. So please fix this issue.

The app is designed very good in all aspects, but just one problem is there I think it is with some Android users only the AUTO SMS CHECK cannot be completed i tried every troubleshoot to make it work but it is just not detecting the sms although I recieve the sms in my inbox and notification panel. At the end I am forced to use the hold kotak bank app which is really very slow. I really want to use the new kotak 811 app but just cannot.
