To use the Kroger app, you'll need a Kroger digital account. You can register for your account and link your Shopper’s Card through the app. If you don't have a Shopper’s Card, you can create one when you register to access all of these savings and rewards!

Ratings and reviews

Order Details for October 2024 orders do not show. Error message, "We're sorry, something went wrong! Please try again in a few moments". Details for other months do show. Also, some coupons will error with "coupon no longer valid" when trying to checkmark them. This problem started a couple of weeks ago. Overall app experience is slow and clunky. Online shopping is important to me. If the app doesn't significantly improve and bugs fixed soon, I won't be renewing my membership next year.

App is EXTREMELY slow. It used to be great, and I always used it for my grocery shopping lists, but within the past few months it sometimes takes at least a full minute to load after both opening the app and searching an item or Kroger location. The app also crashes frequently, and will often show that items are not sold at my specific location, even though it's an item I buy weekly. When adding things to the list, it almost always adds duplicates, as well, and sometimes triples my final cost.

It's so slow. None of my other shopping apps are like this. It just takes forever to load. It has always lagged a bit but it seems to be getting worse. Recently I've also clicked on coupons under an item and it disappears instead of adding. I click on an item and sometimes I end up on a completely different product. Love Kroger but the app needs work. Update... deleted and reinstalled. Everything seems to be loading faster now and I haven't had any bad links. Thank you!
