Absolutely shocking customer service! Items missing from delivery and when dealing with their customer service, continuously received generic copy paste responses saying 'we are happy to confirm that the package was delivered'!! Update: you say to send the order number to the support email - this is the exact team I have been dealing with for the last week which provoked the review in the first place! Why would they now all of a sudden resolve my complaint?

Worst app ever...never works. Every time i want to shop online from any of landmark brands apps, it never works. Please improve your apps efficiency. You cannot have such bad apps at the time where so many customers prefer shopping online.

Ive experienced this many time that you go through all process of selection than eithwr delivery or click n collect, selecting picking points then payment options then when you click the final button to pay now it doesn't process the order. In a blink of eye a error occurs and goes. No matter how many time i email or send messages via app never anyone call me back. This is frustrating!
