Ratings and reviews

I loved the programmability of this app installed on an earlier (incapacitated) phone. Where I live, daylight goes from ~8 hours per day in winter to ~17 hours in summer requiring regular program adjustments. But now, the app won't open (new Pixel 8) which means my blinds continue to operate by settings I can't get to. The 5pm race to the remote is getting old fast. Tell us Levolor, can we expect a app fix or should we rip out and replace thousands of dollars in blinds for a product that works?

This app really is as bad as the reviews say. I tried to be optimistic. Spent an excessive amount of time pairing my remotes and setting the schedules. It was a nuisance but I figured it would be worth it if everything worked. Alas, it does not. First few scheduled raising/lowering of my shades - best success rate is 60%. Some randomly don't move. With the remotes I don't have a problem so far. But the app, I've yet to have them all work as expected. Ugh.

Apps works ok but freezes from time to time. The screen also shakes when I have the app open so I usually have to exit out and back in. The tilting options don't actually tilt my blinds, instead it completely closes or opens the blinds so I have to hit the stop button (there is already an open and close option). I like that I can separate the different areas in my house to control or do one main floor. I like the concept but it definitely needs to be reevaluated to make some minor adjustments.
