The app no longer connects to my camera roll, so I can't upload receipts anymore -- and there's no medical office in existence anymore that does paper bills (or at least none of mine do!) with the information CBIZ requires for reimbursement. This makes the app functionally useless to me. This is ridiculous! Until today, I had no problems, and the app worked just fine. Now it's useless to me.

How do you make an app this bad? I try to file a claim, but the app freezes everytime. "Managing expenses" seems to be only for your own tracking, but the app offers no explanation for me to confirm this. Receipts uploaded must unnecessarily be in JPG or GIF format (while the webpage version of this allows for PNG -- which my receipts come in). And to upload it, the only options are to take a picture or upload ONLY from the "camera roll" folder and no other folder such as Downloads. Ridiculous.

If you have a receipt in your hand, great. If you have a download or a screenshot, forget it. I don't know what folder my "camera roll" is since it's not my camera folder. Submitting receipts with a file on my phone does not work because of this.
