Everytime I've tried to enter in my phone number and postcode to get started, it comes up with "Something went wrong, please try again"... I've tried reinstalling the app, restarting my phone and trying it with WiFi or data. Nothing is working. Please fix this, I need to upgrade.

This app is as slow as their broadband 4g or 5G, I'm very disappointed with their mobile reception at my new location Gwandaland and Medowie NSW. ay my old location Kingswood was excellent, I'm in no way keen about their NBN setup as it's overpriced but more SLoW. Out of five broadband options, Optus appears to be number 3 out of five, however, they claim different

As some reviews have stated. Tells user to press power button and of course the phone turns off. My 1 week old phone is supposed to be faulty. The app doesn't allow users to retry the test. Use at own risk!
