Awful user experience. The app keeps signing me out then tells me my passwors is wrong so I have to change my password, login, then it signs me out then I have to change my password again. It also fails to sync tickets and has never shown me all the tickets I actually have purchased. One ticket even disappeared when I was literally trying to show it to get into a show.

This idea behind the app was probably supposed to make things easier and simpler, but it has totally the opposite effect. 1 ticket shows up in this app out of 2, but neither appear in the secondary AXS app. Totally useless. Give us back the regular email attachments if you can't handle app development. Forcing people to use an app that clearly should never have left alpha testing is completely absurd.

Broken app. 2 sign-in flows, one to the app and one to the AXS system. Supposedly same credentials but gives a prompt that password entered was incorrect when signing in to AXS. Even though I just signed in to the app. Changed phone, tickets to event are missing. App doesn't require pwd to be upper/lower alphanumerical, but the website does and the app will enforce it in backend. I was able to attend my event after 3 password changes. Please check backend logic. Unacceptable for any standard.
