Excellent service and products. Haven't been disappointed once. Was easy to set up, works perfectly, battery lasts between 7 and 10 days. Been using it for over a year and the few times I've had issues they've helped quickly and always resolved it fast. Yes at&t sucks but all carriers do so we live with it.

I couldn't hear anything with the voice recorder on the GPS. It was extremely loud static and not much voice or clarity in conversations. The GPS box was located within 3 feet from their face, and you couldn't understand a thing they said, extremely frustrating. If I called and they were not driving, but in the truck talking, I could hear pretty much everything. If I called and did 10 minutes the app would take away double or more. You use 20 min they take 45 min. Didn't like that at all

The app performed solid prior to this last update on 10/3/2022. Tracker updates in the app have gone from sub 30 sec, to several minutes and in a few instances a few hours! The alerts screen used to show ignition off and on events. Now it only reads "alarm" with no other details. If you're zoomed in on the map view, the next time it updates, it zooms you right back out. Very annoying! Hey Logistamatics... Don't release buggy software. Restore the old one until you're done!
