● Registering an exchange voucher
Exchange vouchers purchased/received from Kakao/Naver/SK Telecom/KT/LGU+/SK Broadband, etc. can be exchanged for Lotte mobile gift certificates that can be used immediately online/offline. If you are storing your exchange voucher as a photo, it is more convenient as you can automatically enter it by importing the image.
● Gift a gift certificate
You can give a gift certificate with just your mobile phone number. You can gift it to up to 10 people at a time, and those who only want to receive it can decline it within 2 weeks.
● Check balance and receive refund
You can check the total balance of gift certificates in storage and the remaining amount for each gift certificate. If there is any remaining amount after use, you can easily request a refund after checking the actual refund amount.
