Was promised a virtual card within 7 days which failed to arrive, and now 2 weeks since installing and waiting I cant even log in and see the progress, no way to feedback/get help as well, will unfortunately be seeing my miles expire just like that

You can't complete cardholder profile information, the form reloads itself everytime you hit submit. The developpement of this app is an absolute fail.

Just doesn't allow to update profile. Keep putting in united kingdom then says complete profile all the time.
