iSteer for Android allows Raymarine(R) autopilots to be controlled from your Android phone or tablet in conjunction with a Madman Marine AP-WRC3iF remote control. All the same mode change and navigation functions found on the autopilot are available through iSteer but with the convenience of the portability that a smartphone or tablet offers.
If you regularly sail single-handed or short-handed then an autopilot and a remote control are 'must haves'. iSteer takes the remote control concept a step further and provides data from your autopilot so that you can instantly see the current mode, autopilot course and vessel heading as well as change modes and make course changes.
