I've used it once, but the image isn't clear.

Like any camera you need to hold still to take a picture and if you are close to the object you need to use the macro focus and not the auto focus.

Like any camera you need to hold still to take a picture and if you are close to the object you need to reduce the zoom a little and let the auto focus adjust. Please contact us at support@appsbym.com and we will be happy to further help you resolve your issue.
