I purchased a subscription and when I tried to register to access it I received an error message to upgrade the app, but I had just installed it and there were no upgrades to be found. It is illegal to charge people for something and not provide them the product they purchased

I have a digital subscription and the app doesn't even accept my registered email ID when I try to log in. This is basic stuff that the app doesn't get right.

This is just scam.. I've subscribed for architectual digest for a year long subscription which showed I can access to AD magazines in multiple devices (in AD India app as well) and now after paying all the amount for website.. app is asking to pay for MAGZTER to access AD india magazine..
