Ratings and reviews

The app isn't very useful because MMT has abysmally poor customer service. It would be a mistake to rely on any bookings made through app or the website. I booked an airport transfer car. No one showed up. No way to reach the supposed driver. Felt like a scam. Quite possibly, their business model is to collect booking fees and not follow through on actual booking.

Very bad experience. I was a GOLD Member. Their Customer support is useless. Misleading promotions. I have done lots of booking, but when there is an issue comes we will not any quality support. Previously I have also given good ratings because of the quality of good Hotels. From my experience Zero Star for the MMT customer service. Never again !!! Can't trust. Good bye MMT.

I booked a hotel in Jeddah, app shows a location 3 kms away from office, and when I reached the location in 10pm, there is no such hotel exists I spent an hour looking checking with the locals, no body could help me because of language issue. Luckily, with gods grace, I could figure out the hotel location with the help of Local Saudi gentleman, who took lot of pain and dropped me at the location which is 16 kms away from the location showing in the make my trip app. first of all, neither the ma
