The most useless app I have ever seen. I am not able to inside the app. I booked an video consultation on emergency and good thing is that I can't consult with the doctor. Because I didn't get any link to join. And this fantastic app is not letting me in to the app. OTP is coming after 5 mins and OTP expiry is 200 secs. Really amazing you people are.

When I open the app it says "Sorry, Locations not found!". It doesn't even list the hospitals or let me choose. Pretty useless app as I get to see only above error message Update: Even after almost a year, this app is not functional. Above issue still persist. What a shame.

Horrible app. Just a glorified booking and data collection platform. They expect us to add all data and patient details, but none of the functionalities on the app actually work. No reports are updated on the app. No prescriptions are updated on the app. The only thing that works well is booking and paying for an appointment or a check up. Could have been a wonderful use cases and a single case for a patient like me to compile mine and my family's medical data.
