Class Studios is an upscale, boutique fitness experience offering four world class workouts under two roofs: Cycle, Train, Tread and Sculpt. Cycle45 classes offer an unparalleled rhythm-riding experience. Each class is led by world-class instructors and set to a playlist designed to rejuvenate and strengthen the mind and body. Train45 classes are a high-intensity circuit-style workout designed to push your limits. You'll move through three stations: CARDIO to torch calories, FLOOR to burn fat and STRENGTH to tone muscles. Each Train45 Class is coached by some of the best personal trainers in the industry and will leave you feeling strong, successful and ready to take on the world. Sculpt45 is a rhythm-based mat workout that pairs bursts of cardio with dynamic muscle targeting through light weights and high reps. The Sculpt room is set to 94 degrees, be prepared to sweat. In the Tread studio, you'll move through treadmill and floor sections to challenge your cardiovascular load and overall strength. Our four workouts are designed to strengthen your mind and body, vary your workout routine & keep you on your toes. Welcome to Class.
