I can't open the app, it's just a black screen. I've tried restarting the game, my phone and also reinstalling the app but nothing happens. i also tried waiting in case it's just loading but I fall asleep and it's still in black screen. I'm also not full of storage, my phone's new, so I don't know what and where's the issue and bug coming from? fix this. edit: it works fine the other day (I'm able to play the tutorial)but now the black screen is back lol inis

HI. PLEASE NOTICE THIS REVIEW! I've been playing this game since 2020 but I got busy with work so I took my time off this game for a year maybe. But now that I reinstalled it with my new phone, it doesn't start up. The download was okay but when you click it it's ALL BLACK. I know mine's NOT the only case. I have read a few reviews and it's happening on other new player also. Fix this please!

This game has so much potential. Started out fun but gets boring after a while when there are no ongoing events. There are many loyal players, myself included, who have spent years on this game. It would be a pity if it stays this way where it heavily depends on occasional in-game events (that's uncertain at times) to retain players. I've seen many interesting game suggestions provided by players - we want the game to be better, but we don't feel the same from the team. It is now stagnant...
