Matson's Track My Auto provides a quick and easy way to track the status of your vehicle, find all Matson port locations, obtain pick-up information, and allows access to Matson’s Customer Support Center.

The fact that the app periodically crashes and restarts is only second to the fact that even 2 days after receiving a shipment notification from Matson via email, the app still doesn't show the actual status (delivered) and shows "in-transit" instead. C'mon, Matson- what's the point of having a tracking app that doesn't even get current updates ? It's a joke of an app to begin with- doesn't really do much besides showing tracking info (which isn't actually updated). Is this the 20th century?

Doesn't track for auto. Port open days are wrong for CA. Have to use web to track car.

worked once I can no longer track my auto, goes back to the home screen when I try to put in my booking number

Sorry for the inconvenience, this issue has been resolved in the latest update v.2.4.5.
