The M2U Biz app will seek permission for the following:
• Access your accounts using Face ID and also upload documents when you apply for a new product or service.
• Access to your contact directory to give you the convenience of selecting your contacts when you make a transaction to a mobile number or issue an invoice by selecting from your contacts.
• Access to your device’s storage to give you the option to store the Maybank2u Biz app in an SD Card.
• Access to your audio phone to enable you to make a direct call to the bank’s hotline.

Ratings and reviews

The secure2u function is buggy. App needs to be deleted, reinstalled, re setup for it to work. It seems the update app function is not being triggered. Had to try multiple times, called customer support only to be told I need to troubleshoot. Troubleshoot means either restart phone or uninstall and reinstalling the app. Reinstall worked. Painful. Hope I dont have to do this each time the app doesn't trigger to update on its own.

Very lousy. Can't do approval for secure2u. The button after pressed nothing happens and transactions delayed. I don't have time to just keep pressing and waiting for ur lousy app. Pls improve it or am changing bank!

This app is rubbish! The old app worked fine but this one doesn't work at all even though I have done all the necessary set up for my companies. Now I can't do any online transfers at all. Way to go Maybank! This is a sure fire way to lose your corporate customers. If we didn't still have our trusty chequebooks, we won't even be able to get our $ out!!

Thank you for using the Maybank2u Biz app. In our latest release, we’ve included an ‘Auto Bank Recon’ service that allows you to link up to three of your business accounts with any one of our three accounting software partners. Link your account now to enjoy automated bank reconciliation for all your business transactions.

We’ve also updated the app with general improvements and minor bug fixes.
