I've been using this app for years, and I really like it. It's great for being free. Something that had been striking to me was how varied the voices were and how different they all sounded. The meditations sounded like quality ones, and it was great. However, it seems like at least one of the newest meditations is voiced by AI. This is very disappointing. The concept of the meditation is great, but the AI voice is very robotic sounding and jarring. It's not conducive to relaxation at all.

Great app! I use it mostly to help me relax & drift off to sleep. I wish there were more sleep stories & meditations that were longer than 12-18mins, for those nights when my brain just won't shut down. However, overall this app has made a tremendous impact in my ability to fall asleep more quickly & have a more restful sleep. Plus...it's FREE which makes it even better!

I've never had a guided relaxation/meditation work for falling asleep before this app. Even the 5min is crazy effective? I have a delayed circadian rhythm, usually managed by meds, but this app has been very helpful in the time between scripts getting filled. The fact that it's free, and ad-free?? Thank you for the work put into this app, it's been a life saver.
