Please note that the Meralco Mobile app requires access to the following services to operate properly:
* Camera: Allows the Meralco Mobile app to access your device’s camera. You can use your camera to take photos and upload together with your reports on brownouts, busted lights, leaning poles, etc.
* Storage: Allows the Meralco Mobile app to access the media library of your device for you to attach photos / videos when reporting brownouts, busted lights, leaning poles, etc.
* Location: Allows the Meralco Mobile app to access your location to show nearby Meralco Business Centers and Bayad Center branches.

Ratings and reviews

The app is okay in terms of checking the bill. But the app is worse on processing payments. It was my first time processing payment through the app hoping for the payment to reflect right away. But instead, the app froze and my payment didn't reflect but the noney was deducted to my card. I had to contact hotline, which is useless by the way, I tried contacting them through Facebook messenger, but there was no agent available! So lastly, I had to contact them via Email!!! Frustrating!

Hello, anyone else having issues loading the Login page? It's been a week now. Hope it's just a maintenance thing. :Update: Had to reinstall the app, clearing cache didn't work. Update2: it seems you still hasn't fix the stuck login screen. Updating back to 1star. App will work but after password expires it will force you to logout but the login screen won't ever load. Only way to access is to complete reinstall.

I have been using this app for years now. But just recently, the app keeps exiting when clicking the menu. When I uninstalled and reinstalled, I can no longer log in because the app still keeps exiting. Pls fix the problem. I cannot upgrade rating because I am not able to login again since last night. ATTENTION to App Admin/Developer, This app IS NOT WORKING since yesterday!
