Wow, just wow. It used to work okay, but since the new launch, it's a total flustercuck. It actually seemed to be fixed for awhile, but now, it's back to the same nonsense. You can't use the app just to set up a shopping list to use in the store. The most basic use for a store app, is to peruse the ad and then add selected items to your shopping list. They need to either explain basic uses for the app to their designer, or replace him.

Really complex navigation. Too many steps to select the item, and then clip the coupon. Need to go to a different menu to select the clipped coupon and lastly a third menu to get the barcode to show the cashier. It is obvious that the company is not interested in making it easy for the consumer, especially when waiting in line at the cashier. Bad consumer app. I wish I can select -5 starts.

I love Smart & Final. Only rating 2 stars because it performs poorly on some of the most essential things an app should have no issues with. One of these things being it's search engine. Searching for products does not condense the number of items matching your search (when spelled correctly of course.) Also, loading coupons seems to present a never ending loading screen. Hope this helps developers to get these bugs fixed!
