Like it doesn't exist. My insurance recommended I use the app. The widget shows up but it's like it's not there in my apps list. All their responses say they are working on a fix but obviously they aren't because as a new user I can't actually use it. Shame on them for offering something that doesn't even work from the beginning.

This app has not been working the last few days. It keeps telling me that there is an error connecting to the server. I have unistalled and reinstalled the app. I disconnected the internet and reconnected it and nothing is working.

Every single time I've used the app, it asks me for a username, but I do not recall if I have one. Whenever I try to recover my username, it prompts me for security questions that do not show up, so I can't utilize the app from my phone. Luckily, I can use the PC version and login with my member ID.
