About this app

Enrolled members can use the mobile app to:
· Sign up for the Member Portal
· Access the Member Portal
· Understand commonly-used functions within the Member Portal
· Search for claim and drug information
· Search for in-network pharmacies by name, location and coverage type
· Get turn-by-turn directions to a nearby in-network pharmacy
· Contact a pharmacy
· Access your plan information
· View uploaded documents and forms
· Change login credentials



EASY ACCESS
The mobile app makes accessing your pharmacy benefits easier. As soon as you log in you can see all of your recent claims, your current coverage phase, family/member spend, and your member plan information from the dashboard. You can search drugs and learn more about their interactions with your current claims and at the same time estimate the cost of certain drugs at different pharmacies. Don't know where the nearest pharmacy is? No worries, our app can determine your location and route you to the nearest pharmacy in your network.

Like it doesn't exist. My insurance recommended I use the app. The widget shows up but it's like it's not there in my apps list. All their responses say they are working on a fix but obviously they aren't because as a new user I can't actually use it. Shame on them for offering something that doesn't even work from the beginning.

This app has not been working the last few days. It keeps telling me that there is an error connecting to the server. I have unistalled and reinstalled the app. I disconnected the internet and reconnected it and nothing is working.

Every single time I've used the app, it asks me for a username, but I do not recall if I have one. Whenever I try to recover my username, it prompts me for security questions that do not show up, so I can't utilize the app from my phone. Luckily, I can use the PC version and login with my member ID.
