Ratings and reviews

The app functions ok, but recently the audio will change on it's own from earpiece to Bluetooth and in the middle of a call, my customer can't hear me. This can occur more than once and seconds apart. I've created multiple tech support requests and have had ZERO responses. There is no update available and uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help. If you asked me today, I would tell you not to use this option as the support is non-existent as far as my own experience goes.

If your screen is off (phone is asleep), MaX UC probably won't ring. MaX UC IS running in the background because the missed call led notification starts despite the lack of ringing. I tested it by calling my DID/extension - the moment I turned on the screen it began to ring. App should wake the phone when a call is oncoming, but it doesn't. Just feels half baked in a lot of ways. Judging by the other ratings I'm not hopeful for the long term.

I use this app for work on a Samsung S10 phone. This is a pitiful phone app with terrible sound quality over wifi (despite full signal strength), broken transfer functionality, and total lack of support. I have had an unresolved service ticket open for over 3 weeks, and no resolution is in sight. Look elsewhere if you have a choice.
